Pine Cone Crafts!

All through the holiday season, we'll have pine cones that you can decorate in the Craft Center. Give them as frosted gifts or make a turkey for Thanksgiving!

Come join us Tuesday, NOVEMBER 24th, from 11am-2pm, outside of the GT Student Center!
We will be having a Raku pottery firing! Raku is a traditional Japanese pottery method. We use an oxidizing process that results in the glaze turning interesting hues and textures!
We will be outside the Pizza Hut entrance with our kiln! Come by and glaze a piece for FREE or glaze one of your own (or anything off the free shelf!) beforehand!

We will be closed for Thanksgiving Break and the entirety of the weekend (from November 26th - 29th). There will only be three firings that week (Cone 05, Bisque, and Cone 06).

Need to make something on Monday? Part of a fraternity or new to GT?
Come to the Craft Center Monday after 5pm and you can get one of the following discounts if you are apart of the week's group:
50% of Pre-fired ceramics, slip, and playpen items
and
$3 off of bags of clay
1st week of Month: Greek Night
2nd week of Month: Freshman Night
3rd week of Month: Graduate Student Night
4th week of Month: "Bring a friend to the Craft Center " Night (each person will be eligible for the discount)
Only one discount per person, although playpen items may be grouped into one purchase under $5.
