DIRECTIONS TO THE STUDENT CENTER

Driving south on I-75/85 into Atlanta:

Take Exit #249D (North Avenue). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto North Avenue. Cross Techwood Drive (the first light) and continue on North Avenue to Cherry Street and make a right. Make a left onto Ferst Drive. Follow Ferst to Visitor Parking V03, the first right after the Student Center Parking Deck V02.

Though there are closer parking areas and metered parking on the streets, the Visitor Parking V03 is the most economical parking area. You will be provided with a time-stamped parking ticket. If "Lot Full" sign is posted, please try the Student Center Deck V02.

Driving north on I-75/85 into Atlanta:

Take Exit #250 (10th/14th Street). Turn left (west) onto 10th Street at the top of the exit ramp. Continue down 10th Street past Fowler Street and Atlantic Drive, making a left onto State Street. Follow State Street to Ferst Drive. Turn right onto Ferst Drive and continue past the Campus Recreation Center and the light at Means Street. The Visitor Parking V03 should be the first left after the Means Street traffic light and before the Student Center Parking Deck V02.

Arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:

Cab: Take a cab to Georgia Tech Student Center, 350 Ferst Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30332 -  North Avenue to Cherry Street and make a right. Make a left onto Ferst Drive.  Student Center will be on your right.  Cab fare is approximately $30.

 

MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority):

Trains take you from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport baggage claim to the North Avenue station. It is a 20-minute ride. Walk three blocks west on North Avenue to campus or transfer to a bus on route #13 to Tech. Fare is $1.75 one way, and exact change is required (change machines are available at MARTA stations). At the intersection of North Avenue and Fowler Street, ascend the stairs under the archway and take an immediate right. Follow the path to the Student Center.
